There are no predetermined class dates and times. Schedule is set at the start of each semester based on student availability. Classes take place at our studio in Downers Grove.
Musicians are grouped in a rock band by age and experience level. This is different than School of Rock. Each student plays his or her principal instrument at all times. This allows for everyone to play.
Vocalist, bass player, drummer, keyboardist, 1 - 2 guitarists -- if you're here, you're playing! (Exceptions can be made for students who wish to play in the same band with a friend.)
Each rock band's set list is chosen by the band members, with input regarding appropriateness and feasibility from GBU's Musical Director.
